Is there any easy way to mosaic tile your counters? If not what are the sets to mosaic tiling a counter? - counters

My husband and I re-tiled our kitchen counters and bathroom. We fell in love the freestyle mosaic. Does anyone know an easy way to do this? What does it take to complete and do. Is there a website with instructions for them. Has anybody ever done, and I can tell you how easy or difficult it is.
