I have the stomach flu and can't stay hydrated. Please help me, I am meserable.? - what is a good meal after stomach flu

It is now Sunday night and I what I think is a stomach flu, since I left school at 11 Tuesday.

I was getting worse. I thought I would be better until I ate soup for lunch and saw 15 minutes after the end of my meal.

Because I just ate a piece of bread and a cracker a few because I'm hungry.

I was told to make sure to drink plenty, and I am, but if I am) sick (vomiting everything that is in liquid form.

Please help if you know what I do to be better off being able, or suggestions.
Thank you, Jenn.

If you are sick to your stomach, you can not drink a lot. Try small amounts of 1 drink / 2 juice 1 / 2 water - maybe only 4 grams per hour, or two, with a biscuit or bread.

Sometimes, chamomile or peppermint tea can be good with a little honey. Again, only in small quantities.

You really need to see a doctor. "

Most people brush things off and call the stomach flu ... Perhaps, but actually a bit more seriously. Such as E. coli or salmonella or something.

Consult a doctor., Really! Or ER.

But you can try Pedialyte and Gatorade to rehydrate electrolytes obtained. Even a little can help. Suck slowly paddle to try to stay liquid in the majority. Sip Sprite / 7-Up.

Gradually, the BRAT diet try to set up in hospitals.

B ~ Banana
R ~ Rice
A ~ Applesauce
T ~ toast (dry, no butter or jam)

Chicken and noodles / broth better. Others too hard for now.
